How do I know my size?
We refer to a standard size chart.
How do I make the payment?
The payment gateways offered are - Visa, Master and Amex.
Any other payment gateways can be considered for customisation on request.
Cash Payments as well as payments can be made via bank transfers are accepted at the Flagship Store.
What if I wish to make any changes/cancellations to existing orders?
An order cannot be cancelled/returned/ refunded after it has been placed.

Customised order cannot be cancelled/returned/ refunded.
If the product's integrity and the label remain unharmed, the item is eligible for exchange. Only after a thorough assessment for the aforementioned conditions will the product be exchanged.
What are the shipping charges?
All shipping costs inside India are waived, and we are fully responsible for them.
For International order we charge Flat ₹ 5000 shipping charges.
Nevertheless, there will be additional fees for shipping goods internationally, which will be calculated based on the product's weight, volume, and destination nation.
Inquiries will result in the sharing of shipping costs.
Are the colours of the product shown on the website accurate?

We take care to photograph each product in a regular lighting environment so that the image you see is as accurate as possible.
However, there may be slight variations between the real product and the product image you see on your desktop when it comes to the colour of the fabric, dyes and printing.

No, products bought during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for any exchange/return.
What do I do if I don’t like the product I bought?
We don't accept returns or provide refunds.
