Shipping Time
Domestic - The estimated delivery timeline for Domestic order will be around 7 days.
International - The estimated delivery timeline for International order will be around 10 days.
For most serviceable pin codes and depending on the order and, if necessary, adjustments, the time period is typically projected to 7-10 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer.
Shipping Charges
All shipping costs inside India are waived, and we are fully responsible for them.
For International order we charge Flat ₹ 5000 shipping charges.
Nevertheless, there will be additional fees for shipping goods internationally, which will be calculated based on the product's weight, volume, and destination nation. Inquiries will result in sharing of shipping costs.
RETURNS
An order cannot be cancelled/returned/ refunded after it has been placed. We do, however, have a 7-day exchange policy. This exchange policy is not valid for international order. If the product's integrity and the label remain unharmed, the item is eligible for exchange. Only after a thorough assessment for the aforementioned conditions will the product be exchanged.
